Our Corporate Affairs and Facilities group works to ensure that Lowe’s teams and individuals have the information and resources they need to succeed. For both our customers and co-workers, it’s all about creating greater opportunities for all those we serve.

Positions within our Corporate Affairs & Facilities group include:

Internal Communications

Create dynamic communications around Lowe’s programs, initiatives and corporate values. Enhance employee awareness, understanding, beliefs, commitment and ultimately shareholder value through consistent, accurate, timely and cost effective communications. Partner with all areas of the Company to ensure that all communications are consistent with the Mission and Values of the Lowe’s Brand.

Business Television

Produce high-quality educational and informational television programming for Lowe's various audiences. Increase the availability of information company-wide, while maximizing budgetary resources. Partner with talented communication and technical specialists, broadcasting vital brand messages to audiences that include thousands of Corporate, Store and Distribution employees.

Public Relations

Develop and execute comprehensive public relations media outreach strategies that support the mission, objectives and business goals of the organization. Create and implement a complete PR plan for key Lowe’s markets, and track its effectiveness. Serve as a voice of the Company, providing PR guidance to store/field management both in formal training program and on an ad hoc basis.

Facilities

Participate in the oversight of all maintenance and renovation needs for two large Corporate Campuses, both indoors and outdoors. Help ensure a productive, functional and efficient office environment for all corporate customers, including employees, contractors, vendors and visitors. Play an essential role in Lowe’s ability to maintain the highest levels of objectivity, cost effectiveness and customer service company-wide.
