Positions within our Human Resources group include:

Talent Management Recruiting

Develop programs that attract individuals with vision and talent to be the future of our industry. Match the right people with the right place at the right time, to ensure optimum workforce satisfaction and performance. Create the foundation for our ability to provide the best quality customer service across all departments within Lowe’s.
 
Organizational Effectiveness

Provide development and internal consultation on leadership development processes, competency modeling, employee selection processes, performance management and succession planning. Develop enterprise-wide solutions that connect and integrate HR functions across all departments, and which drive value for the company.

Training & Development

Create and implement engaging, innovative, customer-valued training solutions that support and drive positive business results. Provide solid foundations and useful tools with which employees can develop and further their careers. Drive associates toward maximum performance, while infusing a spirit of teamwork, customer commitment and personal excellence.

Payroll/HRIS/Compensation

Help craft and implement a competitive package of total rewards that provides maximum perceived value to employees. Balance the ability to provide exceptional compensation to employees with the Company’s need for fiscal and corporate responsibility.

HR & Diversity, Supply Chain

Help define the behavior and actions that support Lowe’s dedication to diversity and inclusion. Further Lowe’s ability to serve as a respected leader in strategic diversity management. Work closely with all departments to ensure diversity initiatives are implemented as a conscious part of how we run our business, serve our customers, represent ourselves in a community, and treat each other.

Employee Relations

Focus on creating and maintaining a positive work environment for all Lowe’s employees. Develop and implement engaging, effective programs and practices that ensure Lowe’s continues to be a place where each of our employees is proud to work.
