Positions within our Marketing group include:

Consumer Marketing Manager

Develop the strategy and manage the execution of programs designed to grow Lowe’s sales by marketing to consumers based on projects, life stages and occasions, as well as their purchase behavior over time. Create and maintain the Lowe’s customer model including corporate segmentation and brand positioning. Partner with research and customer analytics teams to ensure that all marketing is consistent with the right consumer markets, to include targeted tabs and event marketing.

Marketing Specialist

Provide support to the Marketing Manager/Director within a specific Marketing group (Kitchen & Bath, Home Environment, Consumer Credit, Installed Sales, etc.), in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for that assigned category. Support and execute branding initiatives, packaging, signage and promotional events, both for Store Employees and Customers. Help ensure desired ROI on all Marketing investments.

Product Marketing Manager

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in support of business plans for assigned categories. Provide vital direction and execution support for various groups within Lowe’s, including Advertising-Print and Television, Database Marketing-Direct Mail and Inventor/Logistics. Create and executes branding initiatives, packaging, signage and promotional events, both for Store Employees and Customers, to ensure ROI on all marketing investments.

Store Environment Specialist

Develop design concepts for in-store presentations in line with cross-functional team input and executional mandatories from Operations, Store Planning, Merchandising and Marketing. Facilitate the integration and interpretation of aesthetic and functional requirements for product and program display. Help ensure the consistent interpretation and presentation of Lowe’s brand imaging within the in-store environment, including proper usage of 3-dimensional displays and graphic integration.

Store Environment Manager

Provide brand-consistent design concept leadership for internal and external teams. Ensure whole-store continuity and consistency in interpretation of the physical in-store environment, including 3-dimensional displays and graphic communications. Partner with cross-functional teams across Lowe’s to coordinate design execution.
