But it takes an entire team of talented Merchandising professionals, using their creative thinking and problem solving skills to connect new and existing customers with our many offerings.
 
Positions within our Merchandising group include:

Merchandising Specialist In Training Program (MSIT)
 
Participate in eight valuable weeks of training, independent study, e-learning, and job shadowing with an experienced Merchandising Specialist (MS). Upon completion, apply for an open MS position, and start applying your new skills and knowledge. Act as a liaison/arbitrator between vendors, Marketing, Logistics, Planogramming, all support groups and the stores. Interpret, analyze and communicate Merchandising programs and facilitate their execution and implementation.
 
Merchandising Manager
 
Manage assigned product groups on a daily basis to ensure each item performs according to the financial goal set by senior management. Work closely with Logistics, Marketing, Planogramming, and other support groups on a regular basis to optimize sales initiatives for assigned products. Play a vital role in Lowe’s overall ability to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Merchandising Director

Establish strategic direction for assigned product groups, including pricing, expansion, distribution, competition, financial objectives, etc. Assist in the development and implementation of business plans (product selection, budgets, marketing, sales, etc.) for assigned product groups, and conduct annual reviews to determine changes as needed. Communicates with vendors and stores on a regular basis to discuss and resolve product group issues. Ensure Merchandising goals and objectives are communicated and pursued by all direct reports.
