Project Manager
Put your extensive knowledge of contract documentation, planning and specifications to work for a true industry leader. Participate in the complete construction process, from site inspection and progress monitoring to project documentation. Help ensure that assigned construction projects are completed on schedule and within budget, in accordance with contract documents and Lowe’s stringent quality standards.
Site Development Manager
Identify and resolve all contractual contingencies related to the acquisition and development of property for new Lowe's facilities. Negotiate and contract with outside consultants in areas as varied as Civil Site Construction Plans, Boundary and Topographical Surveys, Wetland Evaluations, Environmental Site Assessments, Geotechnical Investigations, Traffic Studies. Provide vital engineering support as needed.
Real Estate Manager
Acquire property in support of Lowe’s corporate expansion goals by means of purchasing or leasing real estate on which new stores can be constructed. Partner with various internal and external parties to identify and secure the best possible store sites in approved markets. Negotiate with owners, developers, etc. in order to purchase or lease the property in the most cost efficient and profitable manner.
Design Manager
Manage the schedules and progress of teams of Architectural and Engineering consultants. Review outsourced drawings for completeness and accuracy. Oversee the design of project schematics, and the timely completion of construction documents and project specifications for new store construction.
