Keeping the desires and satisfaction of our customers at the center of everything we do has always been a fundamental platform of our success at Lowe’s. Our ability to do so relies heavily on the coordination of sales activities across all corporate business units and retail store locations.
 
The Specialty Sales Organization oversees these efforts, coordinating and maximizing the talents of professionals in such areas of expertise as Special Order & eCommerce Sales, Commercial Sales, Project & Event Sales, and Installed Sales.
 
Positions within our Specialty Sales group include:

Project & Event Sales

Develop, coordinate, and execute all corporate, in-store & cross-departmental events and promotional programs. Create dynamic promotions that serve the needs of customers while reinforcing established Lowe’s branding. Help ensure that program implementations and executions conform to designated budgets, and support organizational profitability goals.

Installed & Commercial Sales
 
Create, implement, monitor and drive installed & commercial sales programs across all stores. Participate in all aspects of installed sales functions, including training associates, completing vital documentation and following up with customers regarding their satisfaction with installed purchases.

Area Installation Manager (AIM)

Aggressively drive installed sales service and profitability by hiring qualified installers in assigned markets and districts, with the goal of reducing customer complaints and increasing sales opportunities. Oversee the recruiting, hiring and retention of installers across multiple markets to meet the installation volume demands of all stores in assinged area(s) at all times. Manage installers daily through phone contact, random site inspections and customer surveys to ensure corporate quality standards are met.

Regional Installed Sales Director (RISD)

Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of all installed sales programs for a specific geographical region. Manage all Area Installation Managers within an assigned region, serving as a liaison between product and service vendors, corporate staff and store employees. Train store staff regarding the implementation of new services, verification of vendor qualifications, successful sales methodologies and related issues.
