Project Specialist - Exteriors
In this new role at Lowe's, you'll have the opportunity to guide the customer experience in exterior project areas such as Siding, Decking, Fencing, Roofing and Gutters. You'll be engaged with customers during the entire exterior project cycle (from lead generation to post project follow-up) and drive project decisions to ensure customer expectations are met. You'll also drive collaboration across a team of store sales associates and specialists in millwork, hardware, lumber/building materials & commercial sales.
Help take Lowe’s dedication to customer service beyond our store walls, ensuring that customers are knowledgeable about, and satisfied with their installed purchases. Provide vital training to associates to maintain service consistency and quality. Ensure the accurate completion of paperwork related to installed sales purchases and delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service, greeting the customer in a friendly and professional manner. Offer expert advice in response to customer inquiries, demonstrating specific knowledge of building materials, and related tools. Contribute to overall corporate success by driving sales through the installed and Special Order Sales programs of Roofing, Siding, Decking, Fencing, Storage Buildings and Playsets.
Concentrate on building and strengthening relationships with Lowe’s commercial customers, providing the same level of quality service our in-store customers receive. Achieve Commercial Sales unit budget goals by expertly servicing existing commercial customers, while actively pursuing and soliciting new accounts. Also performs other duties as necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service, greeting the customer in a friendly and professional manner. Offer expert advice in response to customer inquiries, demonstrating specific knowledge of live nursery products. Contribute to overall corporate success through the efficient ordering, merchandising, selling and maintenance of live nursery products and associated items. Also performs other duties as necessary.
Outdoor Power Equipment
Offer expert advice in response to customer inquiries, demonstrating specific knowledge of outdoor power equipment, such as heating and cooling units, and grills. Provide exceptional customer service, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner. Contribute to overall corporate success by achieving weekly sales and margin goals related to outdoor power equipment sales. Also performs other duties as necessary.
Embody Lowe’s dedication to exceptional customer service, offering expert advice to customers on products in a variety of categories. Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of the Lowe’s sales force, exceeding customers’ expectations with every interaction. Guide and mentor fellow associates by example, by meeting and transcending Lowe’s high service standards.
