Eligibility: All regular full-time employees after 89 days of continuous employment.
Sick days are accrued at a rate of six days (48 hours) per year. Unused sick days may be carried forward with no limit on days accumulated.
Lowe's also provides sick pay for eligible employees who are on an excused absence for the adoption of children. |
