You and your eligible family members have access to up to five no-cost, confidential sessions per problem, per year at a location near home or work. Lowe’s pays the entire cost of these sessions.

Paid Time-Off
Lowe’s understands and appreciates that our employees have personal needs, responsibilities and priorities outside of work, and provides paid-time off accordingly:
 
Vacation
Eligibility: All regular full-time and part-time employees, after 180 days of employment.

Employees are eligible for vacation based on service as follows:

  Holidays
Eligibility: All regular full-time, salaried employees, on first day of employment. All regular full-time, hourly and part-time employees, after 90 days of employment.

Lowe's generally provides the following six paid holidays:
Thanksgiving and Christmas are fixed holidays.  Employees can also accrue up to 4 additional floating holidays – employees decide what day they want to use a floating holiday.
 
Full-time employees will receive eight hours holiday pay and part-time employees will receive four hours holiday pay for each fixed holiday.

Tuition Reimbursement
Eligibility: All full-time regular employees, after one year of service.

Lowe's believes in supporting employees' pursuit of personal and professional growth through academic advancement, and offers the following educational attainment benefits:

Lowe’s will reimburse up to $2,500 per fiscal year for eligible expenses required to attain an associate, bachelors, masters or doctoral degree from an accredited school. The degree must assist the employee in the performance of his/her current position or prepare the employee for advancement to other positions within Lowe’s.
